Opportunities & Challenges Report

(Spring 2026)

This report consolidates parishioner reflections of challenges present within both the parish and wider community, while also reflecting on insights drawn from the community demographics report. It also seeks to identify opportunities within our Parish Family to more effectively serve others, especially with groups or individuals who may not currently be fully engaged.

Demographics

Based on more than 300 household responses, the survey provides a snapshot of our Parish Family across generations, cultures, and household life. The results highlight a community that is multi-generational, culturally diverse, and deeply rooted in parish life

Listening Sessions (Gifts)

This report summarizes parishioner reflections on the gifts present within our Parish Family. Across all four parishes, recurring themes included hospitality, service, community, faith-filled relationships, and a strong sense of belonging.

Metrics

This report provides key operational and sacramental data across our Parish Family, including registrations, Mass attendance, sacraments, finances, and facilities.
